Overview
The Loading System automatically fills Totes with
an exact bottle count. The Unloading System, which can be adjusted
according to the demands of the filling line, automatically dumps Totes
into a Hopper and feeds plastic product into the unscrambler or orienter. TEC
Totes have become elementary for the Bulk Storage System. TEC Totes are
designed to fit a Standard Trailer Carrier, Loading Station and/or
Unloading Station. Several Tote sizes are available to customize the System
to your particular needs.

The TEC Tote Storage System is made of three main
components: a) Loading System, b) Unloading System, and c) Storage Totes.
• Loading System
Totes are loaded with an
18'' wide by 17' long TEC
inclined conveyor that receives the product from the
injection or blow moulding machine and transports the product above the
Totes. There, the product is received by an 18" wide by 6' long TEC Horizontal Bidirectional Conveyor
that deposits the material in each of the Totes, located on each side of
the horizontal conveyors, just as depicted in the following immages and
technical drawing:

The Loading system is configured on the Control
Panel in order to regulate the conveyor speed and to control the amount of
product placed into each Tote.
• Unloading System
A TOTE Dumper unloads the Tote into a receiving
Hopper that deposits the bottles onto a conveyor which transports them to
the production line.(orienters, labeling machines, printers, liners, etc.)
