Buffer Silo System

Overview:

The Buffer Silo System is designed for operations where the blow moulding machine and filling machine are in sync. The Buffer Silo System eliminates filling line stops due to overload or shortage of bottles. The Buffer Silo System can store the equivalent of one hour of blow moulding production.

11 Gage CRS Frame Construction.
Sprocket type, 1-1/2" Square Shaft Rollers, three 4" Sprockets per Roller.
Self Aligning Sprockets.
6" High Stainless Steel Side Rails.
60:1 Gear Reducer.
Food Grade, Intralox or PVC, Belting Material.
2" Cleats every 12" (Inclined Conveyor)
Full Polycarbonate Cover.
Control Panel Assembly
Bottom, Side and Top Walls: 14 Gage Aluminized Steel or 16 Gage Stainless Steel.
3" and 4" Angular Structural Steel Intermediate Supports.
Completely Enclosed.
Modular Construction, easily modifiable to match changing storage needs.
Inside, Pressure Relief Deflectors to avoid bottle damage.
Oversized Sight Window to monitor bottle level.
